An EPC gives a property an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and it is valid for 10 years. Your EPC reference number will be required when you upload or edit a property on StudentTenant.com, and your certificate will be automatically added to the EPC Register database.
What does an EPC contain?
Information about a property’s energy use and typical energy costs
Recommendations about how to reduce energy use and save money
Why do I need an EPC?
In England and Wales, it is a legal requirement for you as a landlord to display a valid EPC certificate before you let your rental property.
