The apartment communal kitchen and lounge area is fully equipped with all the mod cons you could ask for. You’ll have half a fridge and freezer plus plenty of cupboard space for your groceries, a dishwasher, kettle and toaster ready and waiting for you to put to good use. Kick back, relax and watch TV with your flatmates on our comfortable sofa’s or chill in your own room complete with en suite bathroom, under-bed storage, black out blinds to help you get a good night’s sleep and a super comfortable mattress. Studying is made easy whether your right handed or left handed as our desks are designed to suit both perfectly. As an added bonus, there is an additional study room on each floor for the times you get tired of working alone or need a bigger space for group work. Silver Studio
They say the higher you go the better the view you have, and things are no different here at LIV Student. As well as an enhanced view, you’ll be getting a swanky self-sufficient room when you go for one of our high floor studio rooms. A fully integrated kitchenette complete with dining space, En suite bathroom room fitted with a power shower and all the storage space you could possibly ask for awaits you. Not to mention the super comfy double bed, black out blinds to help you sleep at night and mood lighting creating a warm and cosy ambience in your home away from home. Your studies are just as important to us which is why we have fitted a sizable desk space which has been designed to suit you whether you’re right-handed or left-handed. Plus, we have 7 purpose-built study rooms around the building which are available to use 24/7, so whether you like to study by yourself or with others around there’s a place for you to get your study on just the way you like it.
Gold Studio
Go for gold! You’ll be living your best life in one of our Gold Studios. Located on floor 9 and 11, you’ll be far from the noise of the streets below, with only the sky above you. You’ll leave your worries far below you because you’ll be sleeping with your head in the clouds. Let’s start with the super comfortable bed (with a mattress to die for), complete with underbed storage, charging sockets and a built-in lamp! You’ll also have a large desk with a noticeboard and shelves where you can get your study on, and a spacious wardrobe with drawers for all your clothes! Flip 180 and on the other side of the room you’ll have your kitchen area, where you can find an electric hob, combi-oven, built-in fridge/freezer unit, sink and storage cupboards. And for when you’ve cooked up a storm, you’ll also have your own table with a spare chair for a friend! You can keep your studio bright and airy, and enjoy those views, with its amazing floor-to-ceiling windows, or usher in a bit of ambiance with its blackout curtains – perfect for making sure you get your beauty sleep! On the wall there’s a full-length mirror (perfect for those pre-night-out pics), with sockets underneath making trailing hair dryer/straightener cables a thing of the past. You’ll also have a stunning En-suite bathroom, with a toilet, sink, shower, and an extra-large mirror, so you can make sure you always look your best! All studios come with all bills included!
Platinum Plus En-suite
Live that penthouse life when you book one of our Platinum Plus en suite rooms located on the top floor and 12th floor of our 13-storey property. You’ll share the views of the Sheffield skyline with two or three other flatmates. You’ll all have your own bedroom and a great spacious communal kitchen and lounge area to share. Fridge, Freezer and cupboard space is plentiful so you don’t have to worry about having to clutter your room with groceries – we know how it can be in other student accommodation. Your room comes complete with an en suite bathroom, under-bed storage, black out blinds to help you get a good night’s sleep and a super comfortable mattress. The desk is designed to be comfortable for both left and right handers. Plus, we have dedicated study rooms on almost every floor which are available for all to use, so whether you like to study by yourself or with others around there’s a place for you to get your study on just the way you like it.
Platinum Studio
Treat yourself to one of the best views in the house. Our Penthouse studio rooms, located on the very top floor, overlook the Sheffield skyline and all its glory. Your self-sufficient room comes kitted out with everything you need to live comfortably all year long. A fully integrated kitchenette complete with dining space, En suite bathroom fitted with a power shower plus storage space in abundance, including under bed storage, wardrobes, and bookcases all included. You’ll have spacious desk space that allows you to get stuck into your studies plus the option of utilising our study room space which we have on each floor should you need a change of scenery or more room for group tasks. With all bills included you can’t go wrong when choosing this room.
Gold En-suite
We don’t want to brag, but our rooms are pretty cool and this gold en suite room is no exception. Kitted out with all the necessary mod cons including dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer, of which you get half of each to yourself might we add, in the spacious communal lounge area. Your room is designed to ensure that you get a great night’s sleep with the inclusion of black out blinds and a super comfy mattress. Studying is made easy whether your right handed or left handed as our desks are designed to suit both perfectly. Being a gold member (not an official name but we like the sound of it) means that you will share your apartment with 3 other fantastic friendly faces. You’ll get so close with them that chilling on the sofa watching TV, listening to music or having a group dinner will become the norm. Let’s hope you’re cooking skills are up to scratch because they’ll be sure to judge haha.
