The kitchen is very modern with grey wall and base units and integrated fridge freezer.

The en-suite bathroom is clean and fresh with large walk in shower, with standard and waterfall shower head, WC and basin.

Local knowledge

The property is located in the heart of Sneinton Market, known for its creative independent local shops and restaurants. Bordering the City Centre it is an excellent location for NTU, Old Market Square and Bio City (just to name a few!) Brilliant transport links all within walking distance.

There is an on site laundry room with industrial washers and driers available on a pay-as-you-wash basis. There is no parking at the apartment.
