The communal areas are large and spacious. The kitchen benefits from two large freestanding fridge freezers, two ovens and plenty of cupboard space. There is a large dining table with chairs to be able to sit down and enjoy! The property also benefits from a large living space with two large sofas, two chairs, coffee table and wall mounted TV. Through the living space is a small balcony.

There is an on site laundry room with pay as you wash service, available for Tenants use only.
